I aint no expert on anything, but if I was a business owner, I would want to hear that I could make money and not have to worry about liability.....

so, with that in mind Ducky, call your insurance agent and see what they would charge to insure the building for 3 days against fire, accidental damage, etc, etc.. (don't mention stunting). It shouldn't be too much.

Then go to the warehouse owner with the insurance paperwork and show them what you are willing to do to protect their property while using it at the same time.

If we get the warehouse, folks can pay a very small fee to crash each night, like $5 or so, and maybe like $10 for all three days. This would pay for the building rent for the weekend. I sure as hell would rather fork over $10 for the weekend as opposed to $80 a night for a hotel..... Also, Corupted could rent a single hotel room for us for the weekend to allow for showers, etc..... cause I am WAY to big to be getting funky.....

and for those of you on the fence about showing up, might as well come on. We ride with anyone riding anything..... only requirement is you don't crash into us and have a respect for the safety of those around you....

so whether you are the best stunter in the world, or just riding and wanting to learn to stunt, you are welcome to come hang with us.

We wish a huge turnout for the Thunder Run, and some of us may make that ride. Our OKC ride was originally ment as a chance to meet some more riders from another city. Because of Ducky's location, OKC was as good of a place as any. In no way are we attempting to compete with the Thunder Run or take anything away from what it is. But we assume that most of the riders out there are like us....we love to ride, whatever the weather, whoever the company, whereever the destination........

do you even know where the stunt spots are? me and jb were out all weekend. if you need some ideas i can point you towards a few. of course ive got my "secret spot" and if you dont already know where it is. its going to stay that way. but theres a few spots if you google the "pods storage warehouse" over by tinker afb. theres pollock, off 240 and sooner. Those are the only ones that dont have signs posted. ive got a few more but im not going to post it for the world (okc police) to read. tired of getting my spots shut down.

Yeah Ryan's still got his stunt bike - I'm sure once we're back from the cruise and it's warm he'll be out again.

If not I'll have to get it out of the garage and buy him leathers for the track - maybe payne can learn to circle on it

Damn Ducky.... aint you got some warehouses to find?? Yall aint got a municipal airport that we can rent a section of the flightline out ?? (Note: I said FLIGHTLINE not RUNWAY) Those municipal airports usually have a large grass area great for camping and flat concrete for days. Might even find someone with a hanger that they would be willing to rent for the weekend...... just my 2 cents....again....

and.......

For those planning on attending the OKC ride at the end of March, BRING A CAMERA. It doesn't matter if it is a digital still camera or a video camera. I already know we are gonna have a blast and would like to capture as much of the event as possible. I will have the ability to load all of the pictures and video onto a computer for editting once we get back home. If we can get enough pics and vid, we can put a dvd together.......
