Crash Cage help

So I need to get a new cage cause its time to retire the powers cage I have. Im looking at Tygershark or Sick innovations let me know what you think cause honestly I need something strong I dump my bike a lot. Also looking for a good quality subframe cage if anyone has any suggestions.

Thanks!
Bryce

Re: Crash Cage help

Why not get another powers?? Not much stronger ones out there..
Although I do like the idea of SI for tighter cornering

this is just my views on both
ok let me tell you about both cages... ive had both a tyger and si cage for my 03 04 636

the tyger shark cage: LOVES to roll on to the upper fairings and clip ons.... i also spun a big on on my motor.... because of its roll the motors was higher that the oil level and it caused damage (my oil level was at half)

SICK cage: if you crash alot going fast the cage tends to bend up and back (not sure why but both my mates bikes have .......... mine as'nt ).......BUT it wont roll onto your fairings and clip ons ......... the sick cage is strong as hell it will bend slightlty but it wont brake

Re: Crash Cage help

Tygershark and SI are probably the best 2 cages out for the '03-'04 636's; Stay away from Power's since it may take 6 months to get your cage. If you aren't making the purchase for a month or so A-Town may have their '03-'04 636 cages done and those should be sick too!

For the subcage you can go OMR or Sick Innovations.

Re: Crash Cage help

OMR and and A-Town both look like they sit very low and may end up having the same issues rolling onto the clip ons..
Sick Innovation may be the best way to go other than Powers
Just my thoughts...

What are you talking about? OMR doesn't make crash cages and A-Town hasn't made a cage for the '03-'04 636 yet......

Power's are known for rolling up onto the tank if anything. Why support a company that doesn't take care of it's customers?
