Endos on my '03 600RR
Just wondering.... I have all the slow stuff pretty much down. I have been doing endos for awhile now, and am starting to get more comfortable with them up at 50 - 60 mph. When I compress the forks, and punch the brake... the *** end comes up but always wants to go one way or the other. I tried upping my GPR setting to 8 on the V1.... but still kicks out to the sides. Any help or
advice would be appreciated. Thanks fellas.

Get it higher faster
Re: Endos on my '03 600RR
probably bringing it up too slow , it's hard to steer a stoppie when your plowing ..
it is very easy to correct it when your up at or close to balance point but when the bike is real low it is very hard to correct

well, is your straight line tracking good? i mean, if u take the hands off the bars will the bike roll in a straight line? if so, then it has to be your bar input or position. gotta make sure your body is centered on the biek.
it could also mean your turning the bars slightly, if it starts kicking to the left, that means your bars are turned to the left. make sure to put even pressure on the bars.
oh, and are your clip ons both evenly positioned?? and nags is right, if u dont pop high quickly it will start tilting..shouda thought of that...

Nice.... so get to the scary part faster. haha. It feels like I am up at the balance point... but I will keep working on it. Thanks for the help. Also, what about tire pressure? I am at 30 psi front and back. Is that good?

Re: Endos on my '03 600RR
30 is fine if you have good traction but the higher the pressure the more you have to be on point steering
Re: Endos on my '03 600RR
The only thing is that it is still my only transportation. haha. Once it is just a stunter and I trailer it everywhere... I will lower the pressure some more.
Re: Endos on my '03 600RR
not a geat idea to go below 25, otherwise youll slow down a lot faster and will eat up your tire more quickly
Re: Endos on my '03 600RR
Sweet... so 30 is good then? I am beginning to work circles.... and I know I need tire pressure for that.
A few weeks ago I hit pavement doing a stoppie at 60 due to me doing them knowing my GPR Stab was bad. It tank slapped and I kicked away.
I got the GPR fixed.... so is the tank slapp a big issue with the setting at 5 on the GPR V1? Or is that just what happens?
