A 1000 is too big to stunt don't get me wrong there are SOME people that do it but it's very rare. If I were you I would use your R1 for daily riding to tear up the streets and get like a 600 to stunt. Also do you really want to stunt a 2007 R1? You are going to be dropping it every once in a while. Also a 1000 is going to be too heavy for stunting.
