flipped bars

aight this is what i got a 07 gixxer6 and i flipped my bars and switched sides left on the right and now my front braks have alot of play in them can antbody tell me how it happend just started ****** around and insted of buying clip on they said on here do what i did it worked but now got play in front brakes open to anybodys reply so let me know sum thanks

bleed your brakes

you probably let the master flip upside down and it probably let air into the lines

Anybody have a pic of this? I was thinking about doing it too. Do you have to do any windscreen mods so it don't hit?

dont know i took front clip off but it might not work u probably have to cut sum try it both ways it only took bout 1 hour not to har but i had to lower my bike to put the bars on top of the triple tree

better make sure your tire doesn't hit the radiator ....i left mine under the tripple because i didn't want to lower the front of the bike but i ride a 636

heres a pic of my bike with the stock flipped clip ons i cut my windscreen in like half you dont have to you just have to trim the area where your levers hit i broke them after the second pancake like that now i have the vorteks and you probly need to bleed your master cylinder had that problem when installing my HB oh and i had to zip tie my resevoir on using the stock bracket

the brake on that pic ^^^ is lower than mine, my brake sits almost like stock

yeah i lowered all my levers the same its akward if your in a wheelie and your levers are in the stock position i think i also ride the bike to work and around to do errands that dont demand my truck and it dont bother me i like the set up alot me and 3 or 4 other guys i ride with have them like this
