i donno wut kinda f4i your riding but i had one for 2 years and beat the **** out of it the radiator was the least of my worries. You have no clue of tabs ripping off til u buy a 636 my friend.

never seen the 636 up close so dont no bout that. But all the f4i around hear have the zip ties on them. and i cant explane it but my **** over heats all the time so does my boys. and it looks like im might be getting a 636 to make them for to so

**** me and the rest of the team didnt have radiator problems til we went to 636's.. let me know if u make one for a 05 06 636 i might be interasted.

got some pics of the rad cage powdered i had the dual fan one done and mounted. but i sent it back cause you could not see it in black when it was on the bike. so now it will be white for the pics ill have them up buy the end of the week

Okay I'm gunna throw in my 2 cents.

In some way I do agree with you frayz but I think he has done awesome job if the 1st fan isnt workin then you will have 2nd fan workin in back up than have none of em workin....so that means were playin it safe than not riding at all if that makes sense to you.

so you did good job atown.

Thats what i keep hearing but i tried flushing it and all that im gona try the engine ice next season. maybe cause are lot is so small that i never go over 5mph and there is no air flow
