Re: What Is More Dangerous?
for me running turns was the biggest adrenaline rush ive had yet BUT iv never been good at stoppies
the reason i say it was the biggest is because you dunno if your going to make it through that turn or not

Re: What Is More Dangerous?
twisties are crazy on the street because there are so many factors like jackass kids driving a car cutting corners when your going into a blind corner, gravel, animals, and you are usually hauling *** while doing all of that

stunting in a lot vs. trackday I would say are equaly dangerous
stunting streets vs. twisty's on the street, I think twistys are way more dangerous
scary wise, stunting for sure
rush wise, track by far

Re: What Is More Dangerous?
Riding fast on twisties scares me more as due to speed/other objects you have a higher risk of pain coming.
However learning a new trick scares the **** out of me, but I know I'd get hurt less binning it at 15mph rather than 50+

Re: What Is More Dangerous?
Well it depends on street stunting or lot....Street is way more dangerous...Getting run over, run off the road, hitting things in the road like tires and wood...and not to mention the ocational run in with the law the leads you to run....But lot stunting is not more dangerous I think...It's in a control situation just like the track but much slower...So the likely hood of you getting really fucked up goes down I little....

all depends man...and hasent this topic been beat to death already?
if your talkin all lots compared track racing then the track can be more dangerous.
If your talkin about expressways stuntin vs. track days ide have to go with highspeed stunts...race tracks have run offs on the streets your run off usually consists of a guard rails and trees.
I had one friend crash at 130mph on a track...he made it away with a tweaked knee and a neck brace...knew another kid that looped a 55mph stand up RIP.

yea you have to watch out for those cutting corner guys and effin semi trucks with trailors that take up the whole street while making a turn at the gap

Re: What Is More Dangerous?
hitting backroads is by far the most dangerous IMO.
trees ain't soft when you get to hug one at 70+mph.
trackdays are more of a controlled risk:
you've got plenty of room and gravel and there's no nearby obstacles,
what's more dangerous is your self-confidence. that may hurt you.

^^^fat kid racing....929's are the best ...
<<<i race this 636...and i stunted for yrs...
RACING because other sports only takes one ball!!! Stunting is fun, but ur always fixn ur **** ALWAYS if ur not wreakn ur not trying hard enought...that **** gets old quick, blown motors, road rash on your *** with a non-stick bandage that puss **** coming out and cant seat down or got a walmart sack over your arms because u cant get them wet!! been there done that...stunting is great when these things dont happen..riding a highchair past a car full of girls, nobody see's that when ur on the track, but when u go down on the track that 1000 dollar suit gets some rash, ur race plastic is tore up, but more than likely u can get right back up and ride again...try that stuntn..

I say twisties are more dangerous thinkin of hitting road twisties. Go off the road over 60 and you could really **** yourself, fall stuntin you may break somethin but slim chance of dying

Re: What Is More Dangerous?
track days and stunting lots are controlled environments.
street stunting and street racing have too many variables.
as far a the scary factor.......
my first track day was very intimidating and humbling for me.
for me stunting is less scary but takes much more skill.
i don't race or stunt on the street. street is more dangerous than track or lot.

me i would have to say the track is worse i have never been on a track but i went like 180 on a buddys f4i didnt do any turns but when i hit sand it sure scared the hell out of me when it started going sideways. i would say stunting is more safe if you just be careful till you get some skill and are going slow when you are going slow a crash is nothing let the bike go and jump big deal
