i just got some new 05 06 636 forks for my stunt bike.... but because im such a huge **** they bottom out during stoppies (even with everything on hard)

i need to know if i can swap my 03 04 636 fork internals with 05 06 636 internals because my old 636 forks were bombed out with ohlins ...... those boys never bottomed out

Re: help help help

and adding a little extra fluid will make the air chamber in the fork smaller , that will have a similar effect as changing to stiffer spring but a lot cheaper ...

oil doesn't compress and air does so more oil less air will act just like a stiffer spring

no , i mean you don't add a lot ...

put in the recommended amount then measure down from the top of the fork to see where the level is then raise it about 10 mm
