i understand its a mock up, but if youre gonna take the time to powdercoat it you could have take the time to at least pull off the excess wire. check your PM's. on a certain cage that i purchased, the welds were ******* garbage and had absolutely no penetration. when my bike hit the ground the bars came unglued (i say unglued because thats esssentially how they were held on).

I just wanted to get a clean pic for a couple people that wanted an idea what the finished product would look like. and iv seen a cage or 2 that exploded for no reason so i no were your comin from.

Looks like a tiger/powers cross. why the under belly bar? I rocked a tiger for a year and it never bent enough to worry. Looks good though.

because when you tie the two sides together its strengthens the cage and spreads out the impact.

I didn't pay a lot of attention to that bike but I didn't say the cage would fit his bike just that the cage would fit any 03-09 R6s.
