a few questions???
1) are the 03 and 07 forks same size or will i have to swap tripples as well?
2)will 07 swingarm n suspension bolt right up to 03 or will mods have to be done? if so what mods?
3) will 03 swingarm and suspension bolt up to 07???????????

hey johnny, how would one go about swapping the stems between two lower triples? is that something that has to be machine pressed? cause it sure looks like it does!
trying to fit '05 ZX-10 forks to my 03 636... the zx-10 stem is too short

All you need is a manual shop press, even the smaller ones will do it...Mine is chezzy no name press with a 12 ton jack that I payed $100 for, and it does em no problem ....It usually feels likes its not moving and somthing is going to break, untill you get that first pop and it starts to move...Then once it loosens up with that first pop, it just slides out more and more with each pump...

Yeah a shop press is something I should have bought a long time ago, that and I just got a sand blaster....Sic of paying people $200, $400, $800, etc etc a few times a year, when I bought the blasting cabinet and and media for $500 and I can do eveything myself now, how I want it when I want it....
