Looks like Nick1000 was right.

Neal and I swapped out relays, fuel pump, ecu, the whole shebang. Finally as a last ditch effort we swapped out the battery and it fired right up

 

Yo In-O-Len - battery was reading 10.68 so I gots it on the charger right now. We got his bike running. It was the battery which I suggested swapping coz I killed a battery from a hard drop to the floor before. He said Nick 1 Geezy said to try the battery too

 

Dont forget me I suggested trying the battery too ******
