measure where ever you need the aluminum for you squid

 

Maybe im just a squid but im still confused. the **** cracked off so i need a lil to reinforce it. so what, measure how many inches of aluminum i need to fill the space up??? how much could it possibly need to fill up a 1/2" crack on both sides? just break me off some and whatever i dont use ill give it back to you. use your judgment on how much would be needed for supporting 2 cross bars

 

no we dident use the aluminum bars to fill the crack... i grinded the crack open, then filled it with the welder.. but then we used the aluminum bars to go (side to side) on the sub frame for bracing. and it is kinda hard to tell what you need when your not a welder/faber. it could go anywhea.. u just try to find spots that could be weak points. trix's **** came out mad strong cant see that going anywhea for a min. unless he goes ape **** scraping!

 

I need the Nick Welder 1000 to make me a foldable foot bracket in my seat hole! lol Gotta see if i can book him for a welding session!

 

trix hook me up with a bunch - enough to do what you guys did to yours and ill return whatever i dont use. i just finished swapping my spare sub onto the bike so the broken one is off and ready for nicks handy work now i just gotta put a headlight on, 12bar, fiberglass my tail since it cracked and i think i'll be ready to go. eh maybe swap my tire to the other side. either that or start drifting to the right

Im on the tank this weekend. my bikes gonna be runnin like a champ and have straight clip ons - yut ughhhhhhhhhhh.

 

nah no workin on the bike this weekend. swapped subframes yesterday and got some work to do today and tomorrow. but either way tank wheelies for neal this weekend im skurred tho lol. i always fall doing new stuff and dont wanna fall from the tank yet

if your in a spreader, its much harder to go over the front. and thats all you need to worry about, nothing else hurts

 

there was a video posted last week or week before where dude was on the tank and came back to the bar and broke his foot when he fell off.
