yes, can you pop the blisters on my hand and suck out the puss? just kidding, i really want to pop them and rip off the skin bubble but i know from past experience this is not a good idea.

I've had plenty of burn experiences when I was a mechanic. Neosporin and dressing helps a lot. The fluid under the skin is just the stuff left from the red blood cells which helps to heal the wound...(human biology minor)

white blood cells?, and the platelets fill the wound and help create skin
