it wont bump start in first gear, the tire just skids. and kawis wont go into second without the motor running. Ive had this problem before, its either the battery or the stator is going bad.

i think u have to be rolling though for it to go in, my bike wouldnt go into second from a dead stop and i freaked out beause i thught i junked my tranny then omr told me i had to be rolling forward for it to go in.

ive spent hours trying to get it into second. rolling it never helped me
