you can buy just the springs and bushings from load rite trailers in fairless hills pa, or a tractor supply!!! prolly all for less then 75 bucks!!

There's no place to put springs on that trailer. The channel is the whole deck and frame. You could replace the axle with a torsion axle or get a welder and go to work completely rebuilding it.
