OK.. so the DMV told this guy I know that they need receipts for the parts used to build his "homemade" trailer. The problem is that he does not have any. What would one suggest he do to rectify this problem?

 

hmmmm. Could he take the registration from a similar trailer and just transfer that over to the new?

 

go buy a bunch of stuff from home depot get a receipt , register trailer , return stuff to home depot
