Ummmm Toneth you could wrap some electrical tape around the clip on tube and then tighten the throttle housing around it. Or since you need new throttle cables anyway since yours are fucked up you could buy the 1000rr kill switch and new F4i cables and get the pimp setup
You could sorta see it here. If you do that buy the 03/04 1000rr switch and regular F4i cables. It will work with other year 1000rr switches but there were more wires from what I remember on the 05+ switches

I just looked at the killswitch housing. I'm actually not missing a screw at all. Only 2 go in it on the f4i. Those ***** are tightened up and the throttle/killswitch still moves. Any idea how to stop it from doing that? That could be dangerous for me in the long run. Ant was saying something about little nubs that go in it?
