not sure if anyone has tried this but I'm sure someone has or neal can find info on it somehow. So I want to see if anyone tried putting newer gsxr forks on a 636? Since they are both 50mm they will slide right in the triples but the front wheel is where I can find it to be a prob since I want to use my 05 636 wheel. I would think you could just mess with spacers and maybe bearings to ge tthis to work right. I have both front ends complete so I figure there has got to be a way to make this work right and not riged up.

all these kawi 6 forks are the longest out there...i think gsxr ones are almost 2 inches shorter.
i know john used the gsxr trips, they fit but have to use the gsxr races also.
ryan lanier has a gsxr set up on his bike too.

john did it years ago...the only thing w swapping to a different setup from a different bike is the length.

new clutch cable is on the kawi and the battery is charging up now. i think i need a new battery one of these days.

I know ross has the go pro footage, and he has my camera. the only pics i got where at the meetup spot. i was to afraid i would get lost if i started takin pics during the ride....... Oh wait i did get lost. stupid 495. was a sick ride cant wait for the next one.
