Get a lawyer and plea down. Youll be fine especially if your in school but lawyer up is the best route.

last year in milwaukee my guy took out my f4i with no license and drinking a little... but it was just down this side street over the hill so where waitin for him to come back and he never does... so we sit at the kids house we where at for another hour or two... until we leave and this dudes jumps out of some trees like a half mile up the road. My minty *** f4i got ghost rode into so like swampy *** construcion site... the cops are everywhere... where all drunk... and none of us are 21... anyways... i dont know what his charges where... but evading, dui, im sure a bunch of traffic tickets... but ill ask him when he gets out cause hes still on work release... 1 year house of corrections, and 6 months work release plus who knows how many months probabtion

 

i ran from the sheriff on my 10 up geared f4i and my boy on his 02 r1..needless to say he got away..and i voluntarily pulled over cuz i knew evading isnt a felony in my state and there were too many cars on my ***..and the sheriff tried to get me to tell him who my friend was and all i had to do is make up some dumb story how i just met the guy at a gas station and he started following me just to ride along...that combined with some good acting the ******* who originally put the gun to my face after i pulled over somehow believed me with out a doubt...that simple...

 

This is one of the few reasons I like Jersey. Simple to get away either slide and take off. Or hit a bunch of turns. Plus there is always a decent amount of traffic which makes it easier. And the highway exits aren't a million miles apart.

I got caught about 15 years ago, when it was still a misdemeanor in MI. Now it's a felony. Now, I would just take my ticket. It's not worth running. Back in the day, I would run all the time. The only time I got caught was the first time I ran and I learned my lesson (get off the ******* expressway).

I just got he bike 3-4 months ago and didn't know wheelies loosened the chain, ( im a beginner ) so i've been practicing first gear wheelies for a good month-2 now, and i went to gear up and nothing would happen, my friend said the chain woulden't catch onto the sprocket

 

up to a 4th degree felony in VA, not sure about PA

 

its a felony in MO if you get busted......two buddies of mine got busted, neither talked, neither walked.....and if one would talked, neither STILL wouldnt have walked!
One got a felony to avoid some form of punishment and he already had a felony record, one didnt take the felony plee and is now off probation 5 years later.

You will likely lose you liscense for at least 6 mo. to a year.....expect heavy fines for any traffic violations added on top of your "eluding" charge.....bring a wad of cash and a GOOD lawyer. And keep ur mouth shut, as said before, they will use anything against you.

I dont want to know what would happen here. I got $180 fine, 8 hrs of community service, and a 1 1/2 hr class for 17 over in my truck and it was my first ticket. good luck and let us know.

I don't really feel like reading this whole thing to see if anyone has brought this up.... but Larry (Mr. Gix) got the same charges in PA a bit ago. 2 years ago, maybe?
Anyhow, court dates, lawyers, fines... he paid a **** ton of $$ and got probation. No jail time.
