it's a felony, my buddy that got that did 1 year of work release and like 5 years probation
that's why i always stop, if you want to wheelie on public roads don't be a bitch and run - stop and take the ticket, you know the repercussions every time you go out to murder the streets

yeah i do to, its just his time my chain fucked me over big time lol, i tried to make up a BS story and the cop says ' listen im not here to play games, we've chased your bike atleast 5 times now, you should of know you weren't going to always get away '

Snitching Are A Dying Breed $.02 .... sucks about getting caught.... am 1 for 2 out in Cali..... but that was over 10yrs ago when I got caught and 5 months ago when I got away... got to love Bay Area traffic LOL LOL LOL FTP !!!!

Hey man get a lawyer, it cost me 7k to get out of the same deal about 6months ago heres how it broke down.
-Teaching my boy who just started riding how to cluth it up. Charger goes by opposite lane i set it down and bend my plate up..see him coming up quick so i dip out. Well 5 roadblocks and 45miles later heres my charges.
-150/50 +wreckless
-95/45 +wreckless
-Felony Elude
-Felony hit/run (splitting lanes a '91 escort ran off the road...)
-2 red lights
-2 stop signs
-stopped school bus
-Speed to endanger?
there were a few more but i forget...Needless to say after 6months of court, i got them knocked down to
-misdemeanor elude
-misdemeanor hit/run
-150/50
Got my license suspened for 1yr, and 18months probation..i am a marine and im sure my service record helped me out a bit but get a lawyer man it will be worth it in the end, even though i had to sell my bike to pay for it, and from now on im just gonna stop ive been running for years but its just not worth it man that 1 time you get caught....

i live in n.c. and i got all that stuff pluss a 165 in a 60 and my lawyer got me out of it beacuse there where other bikes with me and at such a high rate of speed the officer could not positivly prove wich on i was

Like already said.... lawyer up, if your traffic history isnt too crazy you will get some of the **** dropped most likely or get a deferred sentence and hafta keep ya *** out of trouble to get it dropped to a misdeamenor...

I turned myself in after a freind of mine told the cops who I was and they called me on my cell phone saying there would be a warant out for my arrest if I didnt turn myslef in. So my charges were ATTEMPTING to elude since I cooperated with them. They put me in a holding cell for a couple hours and had my pops come get me (was 17 at the time) All they did was give me a court date. I made a plea agreement and got the whole thing deffurrred.. At the veeerrry worst if the judge really ***** with you and your case looks like **** you might spend a week in jaill but thats a hugge maybe...probavbly just get some coommuntiy service or something light if its your first offense

A good lawyer alwasys helps. I was in a "village" so it was a reall small court and alll the clerks and police officers knew eachother so i thought I was gona be fucked...Judge turned out to be cool as hell...

Two Of My Boys Ran Jus The Other Day We Live In Texas Man They Ran For About An Hour Couldnt Get Off The Highway So It Was All Straight Lol County To County Eventually They Got Caught One Guy Was Ridin A 1000rr The Other A Stunted 636 Lol He Tops Out Bout 100 So He Had No Chance On The Highway He Paid His Bond Got His Bike Out All For About 1000 Dollars He's Got A Lawyer An Now They Say Its A Fellany An He's Lookin At 2-6 Years For Runnn An Puttin The Cops In Danger At High Speeds He's Pleedin His Bike Wasnt Goin 180 Like The Rr But We Dunno How Thatll Hold Up. ***** Gay. Fellany Can **** Ur Record For Jobs An Everything Else. Ask For Plead Of Gulity Maybe Less Time? Also If U Never Looked Back Or Saw The Cop Jus Say You Were Haulin *** Didnt Know They Were Behind You. My Friend On The 636 Has No Mirrors He Said He Didnt See Him They Were Jus Haulin *** So The Lawyer Said Thatll Help....

Defget a good lawyer. It's worth it. It will most likely Be cheaper in the long run. fines ,insurance court cost. A good lawyer will save your licence and get your ticket reduced to a simple speed ticket . My lawyer charges $250 for a speed and $750 for a misdemeaner, Havn't got felony yet. My advice DO NOT GET A PUBLIC DEFENDER. They do not look out for YOUR best intrest. I tried that route 1 time and got boned big time, 11 pionts 100 comm service hrs. just for hittin 119 on desolite straight away..

it sucks but he does have a valid point...gotta take that back road up past the cliffs apartments into the country...u can lose them back there no problem...was it a KU cop or regional?

And that is some shitty *** friends. Only way they would ahve your cell number too is if your friends gave it to them cuz at 17 your number was/is on your parents plan so they cant look it up by your name. Hope your not still friends with them...

yeah man i use that road all the time, then end up gettin off onto crystal cave/// 222, but this time i was comin down main st had it popped up cop was in opposite lane, i made a right onto noble not seeing him and he lit me up there, i tried to book it my boy got away, but my chain came loose and i ended up coasting to rennigers i was hoping it would kick back in cuz thats a long *** straight away, but i got fucked haha and it was a ku cop... sucks to cause it was a SUV so easy to get away not even one of the regional chargers
