two dampners is useless. get an ohlins rebleed it and hard mount it up front. just use stock fork springs. maby use alittle heaver oil. always use stock pads on hondas, stock rotors to. make it so the rear wheel will not drag at all. other than that ride it as stock as you can. fucck lead weights and shiit i have seen you roll stoppies you dont need all that xtra bs. im building a 954 just for stoppies it is going to be pretty much stock.

just make a 6 "0" clock bar in front of the headlight with some skateboard wheels on it,lol, 5000 ft plus hahahaha

Its a good idea for 2 reasons: 1. More traction on the front wheel means you can bring it up faster without losing traction. I know that isnt a problem in florida, but he might be in a stoppie contest someplace where it gets cold one day. 2. having the weight farther forward lowers the balance point. which changes the angle of the forks while rolling tall, makes them less prone to tankslap.

Why do you think its not a good idea?

yep , i strapped 20 pounds to the front of my bike once and it was near impossible to stear

Yep. Sillyneck was smoking fools on 929's and 954's on his 636. And if I remember correctly he didn't have the 636.. He had the 599 one.

the 03 04 front end is awesome and has more travel then the 05 06 but the 03 04 break
