So- 2003 636, 21000 KMS, (like 15000MI) with an arrow carby slip on, no Chip/power commander. at high revs- 12-16K producing excessive smoke- smells like ****. Also- if in 1st and back off the throttle hard- some backfiring....

Other than that- No bogging 100% power no issues. just the smoke?

Any ideas??-- thinking power commander, but seems like its rich not lean??

 

wheelies or street riding.......?prob just street.....ya i would get a commander or it on a dyno dialed in.

Naw darker smoke- smokes pretty much any time im revving over 13K or so... Kinda kicks a few puffs out at the top revs... so if i was doing a pow wheelie it would prolly- i didnt notice it, some guys i ride with mentioned it.. then i saw it with my buddy ridin my bike...

Might put my stock exhaust can back on it and run it and see?

 

is your commander dialed in , ??

sounds like your air/fuel ratio may be off ...

stay away from the 14g rpm wheelies , that thing will pop

 

im not runnning a P commander.... thats probably it eh too much fuel? Id expect the pipe to lean it out though....?
