Re: 600rr sprocket

i have a rr with a 53 tooth on the rear with no change to the front sprocket, and it works quite well. i still drive it on the interstate and highways. it does well in parking lot dead stop and slow speed wheelies too.

Re: 600rr sprocket

-1/+4 for me is a good compromise between stunt and street, and you should still be able to use your stock chain

Re: 600rr sprocket

I got a 68 rear and stock front, I only ride around the city of Myrtle beach, some roads gotta 50mph speed limit but i got no problems gettin around town. I didnt wanna go quite that high in the back but i got the sprocket for free and mostly do lot riding. I wouldnt suggest goin that high but you can still hit the streets w/o worry.

Re: 600rr sprocket

Just incase your thinking a sprocket will make you ride slow wheelies, it wont..

Sprockets make pretty much no difference until you are rocking wheelies under 10-15mph

Personally unless I'm STUNTING a bike in the lot, at idle speeds, I'd rather be on stock gearing
