it sucks this happened chuck, but i told everyone from the begining that a cable design is by far the worst design. everyone knows how easily a clutch cable breaks so come on....

and about the forks, i'll work on my forks thank you since i've been trained in setting up and rebuilding forks by Race-tech. I laugh at all these people that "work on forks" but have no formal training and usually just screw them up.

glad you got everything figured out chuck. stick with what works: people that know how to work on forks and hydraulic handbreaks.

 

I don't think a clutch cable is very heavy duty

and I've had the same hand brake cable on my 50 for years now, with teh shitty drum brakes I have, I 2 finger the brake all day, TONS of force.. never snapped on me



I dunno what the FT setup's problem is, but you shouldn't be breaking a good cable with 1 finger
