So, if HAI didn't box it up then they shouldn't be responsible for getting the parts that are missing? What kind of backyard logic is that? They sold it to him so they should get him the parts that he ordered from them. Yeah, they got him the cage but that wasn't all he ordered. He needs some fasteners to mount the thing up, duh.

no problems ever with HAI. They are pretty good about ****. I did have a problem with a eazy pull i ordered one time. I shipped it back gave them a call, and 3 days later the part was at my door. I would give them another call they will make it right.

The problem is they don't tell you there on back order until you've already waited 3 weeks for **** and call to get an update and then they tell you. THats bullshit.

yeah it was a universal line...and it did have threads (JIC) and i bought a straight and angled banjo fitting...the threads on the line were fucked on one end....don't ask me how someone fucked them up, i thought they were basically iddiot proof....but they did...., bottom line i still haven't got my $$$ back and its been 3 weeks since they received it..., but like i said, they always seem very cool, and VERY helpful with my Q's so as long as i get the $$$ back soon its cool

I don't want them to pull the clamps put there *** or kidnap sum kids to get um but don't tell me they'll be in at the beginning of next week and when i call thursday tell me you havn't seen um and need to contact them cuz your waiting. everytime i talk to them they tell me the same crap that the people there gettin the clamps from havn't sent um and there going to call um up about it and call me back which never happens....my point is if i had a business and was waiting on parts from a vendor and it was giving me this image i'd look into a new vendor

If its not available take if off the online store. This is the sole reason I try not to order **** online. 100 people have great customer service, 300 people get **** service, and only 10 of the 300 complain about it. I dont know **** about HAI and how they run their business but most online retailers dont care how long it takes once they get paid.
