Any of yall had a problem with products with HAI???

I ordered a Headlight from there it came half *** 1 bulb is already out 1week after i had it. Hardware wasnt all there either. I even tried emailin them sayin **** it just give me a sticker or something stupid call it even. I didnt wanna go thru the whole shippin **** back and 4th again. No response from them and i called and got hung up on...................

 

i ordered a si cage and didnt get all my parts either. i didnt get the motor mount bolts or nuts, not stickers, just a cage two bolts for the bottom and one for the swingarm area

 

I also had to see wat wires were wat they were unmarked no papers sayin wat is wat so i had to test them not big problem but still

 

it's not their fault that a bulb blew. Bulbs are not under warranty on anything.
The hardware issue is a different story though. They should fix that problem.
Only gripe I have about them is I asked if it would take 3 weeks to get a cage from them and they sent me an e-mail saying it would never take that long. Well, exactly 21 days later it showed up at my door. After the first week I asked if I could cancel my order b/c I didn't want to wait and they told me that SI was batching em up and I would have it soon. So first they said it wouldn't take 3 weeks (LIE). Then, after a week told me I would have it soon (LIE).

 

Ive bought a ton of **** from them. Headlights, cages, race railz. gpr, tires, stomp grip, fast tags kit... Several orders and theyve always had amazing costumer service. The few times that there was a problem HAI called my house and got the order straight, when I had questions the emails were always answered promptly. I honestly cant say enough good about them. Not sure about the headlights but Id assume that that is how they got it from the company into there store. HAI doesnt box them they just get them in and sell them. As for the Sick Innovations parts that they didnt all come I know parts from sick innovations and powers and all those places usually come directly from the company. All the cages and race railz I bought were purchased through HAI and were shipped from the company. Id try calling again and sending another email. This is one of the few complaints Ive ever heard about that shop.

 

and i was thinking about placing an order with those guys soon.. they sound sort of half assed or desperate for business maybe?!..

Do a search on HAIbikeshop on here and look at how many positive things are said and how few complaints. You wont find many complaints at all. Id try giving them another call or emailing them again.

 

a headlight has what, 2 wires for each bulb? You can't **** it up, hook them up backwords and it'll still work

 

I have had nothing but great experiences with HAI.Maybe Its just me but they have always been on point with my orders,plus everytime I placed an order they sent me a **** load of stickers.Of course Tice was working there then!!

 

hai was pretty fast at getting my cage its not a big deal about the bolts just went and bought some grade 10s. just telling my experience. I would deff do business with them again :YEAH

i ordered a hb line from them, and the box had been opended (sliced) but i didn't notice it till after i went to hook up the line and the threads were GONE on one end.....(stripped), but they siad they would refund me, but i haven't seen anything yet....(it's been 2 weeks since i shipped) where's my paypal $$$...., but i like the guys, and im patient....they will come thru

 

Just got great service and had my order in 7 days to NY.

These are pro riders, they are very busy in this season and get the stuff as fast as possible.

And 3 weeks for a SI cage in July is not long

 

i have had a couple orders messed up always took care of them though. one thing i really didnt like was if you call with a question about your order and they say they will call you back dont wait around.

 

What headlight was it? The Demon?

 

It is long when I asked b/4 I bought it if it would take that long.

I ordered a DB set up over a month ago and everytime I call to see wuts up they havent got the bar clamps in yet...WTF? if i had a business and another company was ****** my business up id not just relax and wait on it.
