i would just try to find another wheel. trying to beat it with a mallet you might just end up with more damage than you started with

Good idea.. dont heat it too much.. and dont do it too often
Aluminum turns out to be weak when its heated up alot and often!!!

jus replace it !

I beat the **** out of mine with a 2x4 and a hammer i could fit my fist through the side broke the bead and everything.
just beat it. then filled it up not to bad but when its at 40mph theres a vibration just not too bad but i have damper which helps out alot lol
