Re: Tony D....what the hell!
Wow from 3000 miles away some crazy unexpected problems and a crash set our class back and you couldnt wait to raise hell on here instead of calling me at my office on monday?? Whose the unprofessional here?? I have every intension of taking care of the whole class due to the bike failures and stress... in your case it may be different my friend... Nate and Mike shake it all off.. Sometimes **** goes wrong and when it rains it pours. You guys did a fine job keeping it all going and back up and running today. Im proud of the both of you..

zRide - I'm a manager for a photo lab and sometimes things do go wrong and customers don't get things on time. But yeah my suggestion is to always try to be understanding and nice. Why? When a customer comes up to me all pissed off and yelling they end up not getting what they want. But when a customer comes up very understanding and nice? I hook that customer up big time...just one thing to remember in the future. .

Unexpected Problems and a crash...there was no crash yesterday during class while I was there. Come on Tony are you for real. In my case it may be different!" I didnt do anything man. I just had enough. We tried to reach you yesterday... Your instructors show up way way late. Did not have a damn thing set up...made all of us wait around like a bunch of retards....$525.00 do you realize how much money that is to normal people...how many tanks of gas or bills that can cover? You promote a wheelie school one way then dont deliver when its time. Give me a f-ing break man....You seriously going to stiff me out of some sort of refund or compensation? I did not egg the others to leave...In fact the others that left were not even in my group that day and I never said one word to either or anyone for that mater.. I just told Nate that I had enough for the day and I am leaving....Stop this bullsh-t! Hate this crap...people start companies or business....want top dollar for a service, product , or whatever...then when its time to deliver its like oh well they get what they get and who gives a rats *** whether customers are content and happy.

in that article, the journalist says they taught over 900riders last year. at about $500 or so each, thats about 475k gross. not to mention the back-end products like dvds, shirts, subscriptions whatever that i bet they sell after. theyre making a pretty penny for sure, even after expenses. i hope this guy gets his money back.
on average, one happy customer will usually tell 5 other people about their positive experience. on the other end of the spectrum, one angry, dissatisfied customer will tell 12. both tonyd and zride have valid reasons to believe the way they do, but i'd surely give the guy his money back regardless and leave it at that.
edit: oh yeh, and that article was from 2005!

Re: Tony D....what the hell!
edit: i take that back, i would call it sympathy, i would be ******* pissed if i was him. if your present cost that much ($525), you know he didnt get much else.
zride-
even though youre a douche on SL, if you pm me, i will borrow my old bike back and go ride with you for a day, if that makes you feel any better.

Re: Tony D....what the hell!
I agree with Sic N on having someone that knows what they are doing help you with making whoolies, it helps a lot more than a wheelie machine .. becuase sooner or later once you try a wheelie machine you're gonna have to be ready for the real thing. My .02

Re: Tony D....what the hell!
the customer is always right. employees showing up over an hour late for work is bullshit. You should ask for a refund of credit towards a free lesson. If Tony D is not down with that....cut his ***** off.
Re: Tony D....what the hell!
as long as you give him REAL advice and help, why not give him private lessons and get paid for it?
