f4i muffler help

yesterday i cut my muffler with a grinder i cut it at the weld on the cap then down by the h in honda. im trying to figure out what to do with the pipe on the inside that leads out the end of the muffler. should i just cut it flush with the other cuts and weld the muffler back together or try and bend that pipe so it exits the end like it did before i cut it.

Re: f4i muffler help

Are you talking about the baffle? Your asking if you should cut the baffle flush with the rest of it?

shoulda cut the mid pipe instead

Re: f4i muffler help

bend it like it was before so that it still dumps out the end of the pipe, you might have to heat it up

Re: f4i muffler help

If you cut off the front of the can you dont have to mess with the baffles at all.
