So i decided to ride out to a spot in Cerritos with a couple friends. i was riding for about 20 minutes when 2 cops come out of nowhere one of them pulling out right in front of me blocking my path and potentially hitting me. i get off the bike and take my helmet off. Officer Richardson then told me to put my hands on his car as he searched my stuff.

He put me in the back of the car without cuffs. Then he told me that he was going to write me a reckless and inpound my bike for 30 days. i asked him if he could give me a warning and he said "hell no, i show no ******* love for you guys". A total of 4 cop cars and 5 cops showed up. Waste of ******* tax payers money right there.

Appereantly there was a group of bikes get kicked out earlier in the day and he gave them a warning, he thought i was one of them but i assured him i wasnt, which meant nothing to him anyway.

Anything i can do? Should i fight it?

 

Get a lawyer. That sucks bro.

 

Damn man. That really sucks to hear. You can't do anything if you get a ******** cop. No matter what you say or how you act, he'll still treat you with no respect. I HATE people/cops that are like that.

 

Were you riding TO a spot... or were you in a spot? Public roads??

I was at the spot. Technicaly a public road, but industrial area. I just want my bike back so i can ride

i tried to talk to the guy a bunch of times and tell him there is no where to go, im keeping it slow, off the main streets, etc etc. he just kept saying that he has no love for us, and he doesnt put up with it and if i cant do it because there is no where to do it legally then to bad dont do it.

i should have ran, thats what i get for giving the cops the benifet of the doubt. no more....

 

i always run i know a lot of people think its foolish but w.e **** it i get away everytime. honestly i dont see a point in stopping for them because 99% are dicks and hate stunters anyways

 

that's why you don't stunt on a street. Do it in a lot. They ca really screw you when you're on the street.

 

Everyone gotta chill a little in this situation as you can see the cop said he let the last group go with a warning. He got all **** and crazy on everyone cause he thought it was the same guys back again. But yeah dude I would've ran haha if a cop ever tries to pull me over I'm gonna pull over....leave it in first gear...idling.....then BYE BYE!! haha I'd like to see a squad car keep up with a bike off the line. (note: my plate can't be seen well)

 

the cop told me that if i'm going to do it, to do it on private property and i probable wont get hassled by the cops, then he went on to say don't do it in Cerritos because we will give you a ticket regardless. Cop was a dick.

 

i found out friday night here in my town that aslong as it has public access then they can still write you a tickett for reckless driving but we got a couple of cool cops who told us to go to this old air strip and ride out there nobody will bother us and they didnt the rest of friday or last night so we found a new spot for now.

theres an old air strip with TaxiWays and Tarmacs all over the place that is an old stuntspot out here, but its technically on military property, so the ******* navy police kick you out all the ******* time, lame.

i mean its in the middle of the woods, you have to do some offroading to get your bike back to it and theres nothing around it, its about as Out Of Harms Way as you can get, but of course, the Law wants to hate. FTP.

Oh yeah, and that sucks *** for you man, gotta love the "I SHOW NO LOVE" cop, **** him.
