The law in indaina says that reckless is not having control of the vehical. You were not speeding, you were not changing lanes, and you were not wrecked. Here it would have been dropped when you got to court.

 

Cops have no lives. They try to find **** just to have something to do. It seems like everyday a oinker rides my *** waiting for me to pull it up or takeoff...FTP!!

ya i guess i learned my lesson this time. No more giving cops the benifit of the doubt......

 

You can speed and have control of the vehicle, you can change lanes and still have control of the vehicle... yet it's still wreckless driving (in some cases). You can do a wheelie and have control and that wouldn't be wreckless driving? No way would they drop the charge in court... maybe if it's your first offense, they would reduce it to something else.

If doing wheelies on public roads in Indiana is legal, damn I need to move there.

And as far as cops know, you do not have control during a wheelie because it's unsafe operation.

 

I had the same thing happen to me, wreckless driving, impound, arrested. In order to be wreckless driving you have to be endangering someone else besides yourself, speeding etc. Doing a slow wheelie with no one around is hardly wreckless, fight it, I did, I won. Still lost $400 on the whole ordeal.

Fighting it for sure. im convinced the cop didnt even see the act.

I have 2(only 2 that were there) witnesses saying that the cop came from behind a building after hearing me clutch it up. Plus 2 cops showed up at the same time so it was a call, which more proves the fact that the cop didnt just come around and see me doing something and then pulled me over. .....ftp

 

i got a reckless and they impounded my bike one time... got a lawyer and fought it.. it was dropped to a failure to obey traffic laws.. no points
