go to your bike shop where you buy all your parts and ask them to save you good used tires . thats how i get mine some people change their tires before they are even bad . the shop has to pay to dispose of them so they are glad to give them away sometimes if the tire is real good they will charge like $5

Re: What are good name brand tires to stunt with?

Depends on your riding style. Everyone has their own pref. baised on how they ride and what works for them. I like sticky *** race slicks cuz they grip like mad at lean and dont cup, but i have not bitten the drift bug YET (untill my cage comes). The only tire i didnt like was the dunlop 207 but they are not around anymore. Grabbing tires off the back of the bike shop is cheap, but you get what you pay for, a squared off hunk of ****.

If you'll read his post again you will see he wants to Recommend them, not try them himself

I did read it and im speaking from experiance, i can tell him one thing, and you will say another because your opinion is different and so is your riding style. Only way to find out what works for you is to try them YOURSELF.

I like Metzler M3's...I also tried Pilot Powers but they are a little to pointy for my taste.

+1 i dont do burnouts so a rear tire lasts me about 6 months. and i pay $160 and i go for top quality when i do. the front tire on the other hand is what i always neglct. that thing has cords showing.

Re: What are good name brand tires to stunt with?

im no professional, but i have done the same thing, used and abused throw away tires, ive bought new ones and so on...i like a pilot power front and rear, but they are pricey and wear out fast....my new tire is continental attack....**** u not, feels like a pilot power and wears like a pilot road.....
