Yeah a contract is the only way to go..
I hate to hear that!
If you look at my bikes i paint them but never put sponsors in the paint for one reason. They can be great sponsors but also things can go south and if they do then all i have to do is peal the sticker off and its done.
I can say i have never heard of them and if i do i will never try there drink due to hearing this from you.
Anyway a good way to look at it is its a lesson learned.
Im sure you wont have a problem picking up a good drink sponsor that will take care of you...
