just got of the phone with my boy and not good. i had a deal for sponsorship with this company for 6500. so everything is good i was told i'd have 3500 may 14th. so everything was cool money was coming drop of my jacket for patches, my tank and tail for paint repair and bondo, borrowed a front end from shop. so i owe about 800 in parts.the deal was for the whole trip for xdl payed for. 2 weeks before i depart dude says i can't help u. so then i tell him that the parts borrowed and paint should be payed for cause people are waiting on there money. dude pretty much said **** of. so now i have to come up with money to get my **** back, let alone pay for the parts. just pissed so just wanted to say **** kaboom.

As far as i know...if the two people making the agreement are of legal age and and have a witness present...then that is whats known as a VERBAL CONTRACT...and is a legal form of contract...should look into it. Ya could have a case and get ur money.

a verbal contract can be enforced, but it's usually not worth it, because it's a risk too. It's a your word against theirs scenario. I think you're on the right track just calling for a boycott. that is total bullshit.
