You have to smash the metal gas tank underneath first and then melt the top to form.....This thread was a bad one .. that is the worst dent I have seen yet

 

I still say smash the bottom dent nice and clean....heat up the top tank...put on some leather pants....then sit on it O_o

I still think you have to add a filler and repaint to get it this smooth

I have yet to see a 600rr with a big lip on it


And I don't own a 600rr, so I wont be the first




but a suggestion

Someone should fiberglass and bondo a lip on the plastic cover, you could make that ****** a DEEP dish like that


I'd at least want a lip on the rear, I love deep dents
