I am also curious about the clean air mod for the 600rr... is it needed?

the clean air mod is never bad. I had my sub reinforced with aluminum strap . had it welded down the side . but you only need that if your really worried about it snapping.

Re: 600rr

have pancaked my bikes many times with the MXD 3 point cage and never broke or cracked a frame. only thing ive done is bend the cage up.
mine did the same perrty hard and the cage did its job.. im satisfied so far.. since i saw what a little drop with a FI cage does

Re: 600rr

no pickup needed
omr subcage is a must*********
i have a SI roundbar now and i really like, but if your learning use the stock exhaust as mentioned before subframes suck...i have 4 in my garage
pain in the *** to work on for some people till you figure it all out...they could have made it easier like the 636...stunting its good, i like it and threw it around alot, just dont buy anything powers for it, dents the frame

Re: 600rr

Cool cheers dude.

I've got the basics on lock now, and most circles (currently learning hc,50/50/spreader) so I reallydon't drop my bike often.

Hopefully the s.i cage should do a good job on the bike.

Can't wait for the underseat exhaust, no nasty pipe on the right to throw me off when I go wide.

Re: 600rr

Ive had my 600RR for 4 months and its been my first big stunt bike after moving up from a Fiddy, this is what i think:

Good points

- Light and nice power (compared to my mates F4i)

- Sub Frame seems strong to me and i run a 12 bar and scrape it hard

- Frame itself seems strong i havent had any problems

- Engine seems reliable as hell, ive done so many rev limiter burnouts and general abuse like that and its never given me any major problems

Bad Points

- FI Cage will kill your bike, mine broke 3 times so im getting a SI now

- They Run quite hot, so it dosent take much to overheat them (personal opinion)

- You need a OMR subcage, i cant afford one at the moment, but it would be very nice to have, the rear pegs are very high and cramped.

Overall:

I reacon its a great bike, ive stunted most of the main stunt bikes in use and this bike still remains my favourite compared to them.

954 seemed too touchy

F4i just seemed so old and shitty

636 was smooth az but i didnt like them for some reason, maybe its cause the one i stunted had a bent frame

Gixxer 750 - no just no

Re: 600rr

I got the MXd 3 point on it and is pretty tuff. I ordered an OMR subcage for it cos the rear pegs tend to cramp you after a while. Run the oil on top of the sight glass and no problems at all. I wish I could have two.
