as i said in my initial post. i did have bp i rode for awhile with no throttle input[meaning i didn't give it any throttle up or down] after about 30 seconds i did flutter the throttle on accident which is when i fucked it all up.

Um... no

The f4i's pipe is behind balance point believe it or not.. And hte f4i's pipe is a SIDE MOUNT, which means if you hit it JUST BARELY too hard, and its all over, you wreck, game over.

And balance point is where your at no throttle input What? That sounds like either IDLE, or a COASTER.. Not balance point..

Btw I've only scraped a stock f4i pipe TWICE, once on accident, and once on purpose. Then I removed it and put a shorty so I didn't have to worry about accidently cork screwing..

Scraping pipe has absolutely nothing to do with balance point..
And scraping pipe on a f4i is WAY harder then on a 600rr that uses their exhaust as a round bar (simple as pie to scrape)

edit: Unless you REALLY think I've never found balance point before, and when I rocked 5+ mile wheelies on the freeway with my stock exhaust, I was really chasing rev limiter? Thats it right? I never found balance point, the f4i just has soo many gears I kept it up for 5 miles lol

Re: wrecked my bike and now it wont crank

f4i pipes scrape without trying..

they will scrape if you mash the brake in a wheelie and compress the rear shock

I never had mine scrape tell I was slowing them down

Steady speed wheelies, unless your bucking, it shouldn't hit..

(then again, I ONLY did staggards and SS when I had a stock pipe.. never did sit downs then)

Good thing you didn't have oil in the engine... you would have been fucked. ANYTIME you tumble a bike, check for oil in the cylinders.

Re: wrecked my bike and now it wont crank

F4i rear wheels bolt up, but the F4 rear sprocket is a 5 lug and the F4i sprocket is a 6 lug.

I'm pretty sure a 900RR rear wheel will work, but not positive.

An F4i rear wheel will work just fine, just make sure if you get a wheel get a sprocket with it. As for the F3 i don't think it will fit, different swingarms I believe.

Re: wrecked my bike and now it wont crank

i dont know where the blue stripe is, i know i know its a popular spot but we dont know where it is so weve never been up there. i dont ride with anyone who really stunts. besides me theres only 2 guys that i ride with that will even lift up there bike. thats why i never get to practice cuz we dont really go anywhere cuz only 3 of us are willing to try stuff. weve been tryin to find someone to ride with that knows what there doing so we can get some good seat time in.

look dont take this the wrong way but why dont you cool it on the street if you dont know what your doing. I mean it seems like the cops **** with me EVERYTIME i roll through romoeoville/bolingbrook even when im doing nothing but driving to work. They always say that some guys on bikes that look like mine have bean ridnig like total jackasses and being reckless blah blah blah. why dont you go find a parking lot until you can get your **** on lock, and even then there are streets to dick around on and streets NOT to dick aroud on. Taylor is a subdivision street man, why would you be ripping wheelies there???? its jus asking for a complaint not to mention the cop that always sits in jewel and by the highpoint park.

jus think

Re: wrecked my bike and now it wont crank

we were farther down tayler and there wasnt any traffic cept for 1 car a little behind us and a car comeing the other way but far down thats y. only way to get my **** on lock is to practice and get seat time, as for cops we ride with a cop so we get free passes when they come to the warehouses.
