yea stuntfest sounds a little more apealing than XDL for fans as of now.

the weekend sounds like its going to be sick.

I just rode one of your old starbors bikes that you guy got for free. some one at the spot yesterday had one of your old gsxr's that you sold. it was a nice set up and smooth bike.

and hey on the points system you don't have any points for drifting...or do you consider that a burn out...cus burn outs oviously are way easier than drifting so shouldn't you get more credit for it?


and are you guys going to have areas for spectators to camp for the weekend with trailers or rv's??? will you have RV hookups available??

Damn sounds like a good series of events. I just wish the dates wouldnt overlap. Thats killing us. A lot of riders have already put all their chips into XDL.

Should be a sick series none the less. Good **** fellas. Way to step it up even more!

 

I wish we could've done something about the dates... but like Scott said, we've had that track for 8 years now and always had the third weekend in June... They plan a whole bunch of other events around our weekend, and they're usually booked solid through the whole summer... Same in PA...

Trust me... we want all the riders to come out and compete and we're just doing what we have been for years... The new stuntfest format changes should level out the playing field and make it a hell of a show this year... Raising the bar never hurts not to mention we'll give away $15K and a bike + tons of prizes from event sponsors... should be an interesting 2 days for sure...

...Oh... and $10k to the overall 6 event series winner crowned at the Indy dealer expo... I have a feeling It'll get "some" attention...

 

Why wouldn't xld plan according to the OG comps?.....looks like a slap in the face of the people who brought the original stunt events/comps

I dont think it's anyones fault... I think XDL is just following the XDL (as in import cars/drifting/etc) schedule and starboys are doing what they have done for 8 years now...

just a coincidence, i dont think anyone is trying to step on toes... yes it sucks, but its nothing more than that...

You guys this is great, seeing event coordinators cooperating.

I hope next year everyone will be using a shared points and judging system and be tied in enough not to have any scheduling conflicts with events. (cross promoting each others comps etc)

This is great progress, the more competitions you all have and the more you support each other, the more other industries will be willing to risk to support your sport.

Big props to all involved. I'm happy to be able use this as signs of growth and cooperation while making marketing calls. (yes I do that, just everything takes longer than I estimated)
