03 R6 Stuntmodifications

Iīm thinking of getting myself an 03 R6
Just wonder what modifications is neccesary besides cage?

Clean air mod?
Do you have to modificate the oil pickup or just run some more oil?
tip over sensor?
or any other mod that is important?

I do know it has a weak subframe but thatīs not a problem to me

Oil pick up yes....r6's are bad about that...

then the subframe....reinforce the hell out of it...they are weak as ****

other than that they are good bikes...my 05 was my first stunt bike

does anyone sell pickups for 03 R6?

Or is it easy to do it yourself?

Reinforcements of the subframe is no problem, I have a company who have helped me with welding before

as for cage, I like the look of the sick innovations and havenīt heard anything but good about it, but havenīt seen anyone with it on R6?

Personally I'd wire the fan with a switch

the stator in bikes barley powers the bike alone, at idle, your usually just losing power with your headlights and fan on

You can wire a switch, AND keep your stock sensor hooked up so the fan still comes on if you forget :YEAH

sounds like a smart thing to do, but you have to wire so the switch and sensor doesnīt interfere with each other?
