loosing my f***ing mind!!
loosing my f***ing mind!!
ok, i lightly crashed my f2 a while back and when i got back on it, the bike wouldn't start or turn over, it just sits there and does nothing. i was told on SL that it was gas hydrolocked, or wiring or battery issues. i checked the wiring and fuses, its all good, battery was fine. i was told that i needed to pull out the park plugs, and spin the crank a few times to push the gas out, if it was hydrolocked. so i got the plugs out and tried to spin the rear wheel with it in gear, and it wont budge. shouldn't it spin in gear with the plugs out, since there is no compression??
so, thats where i am and dont know what else to do. i have been waiting all winter to ride, and it finally gets warm outside, and i cant ride
i am loosing my ******* mind!! someone please help. and thanks in advance for any info!

Re: loosing my f***ing mind!!
take out the plugs and pull the bike backwards to try to unlock it... in gear...
once you free it... crank it to everything is out...

Re: loosing my f***ing mind!!
i tried to pull it backwards but it would just skid. so i put it on a stand and i tried to pull the wheel around but it wouldn't move. i didn't want to bend anything in the engine so i stopped. should i pull it till it does free up?

Re: loosing my f***ing mind!!
Do you have a multimeter? Or something to check 12volts with?
If so, check the wires going into the relay.. See if hte starter button is sending a 12v signal to the relay..
If a 12v signal is getting TO the relay, then the relay is probably bad
If signal doesn't make it to the relay, either your started switch is bad, or you got wire/fuse issue.
It's kind of hard to say without the bike in front of me

Re: loosing my f***ing mind!!
you siezed that freakin bike.. maybe since you havnt ridden it for a while it locked up.. if you run shitty gas it had water in it.. and the water will rust the cylinders and lock the damn thing up
Re: loosing my f***ing mind!!
i rode it two weeks ago and it was running fine till i lightly crashed it, when i picked it back up to do it again it wouldn't start
