it sounds more like your starter switch is busted go to harbor freight and buy a remote start button and hook it up and see if the bike turns over if so replace the starter button or the relay or both

 

Or just unplug the switch and see if jumping across it does anything, whatever

The relay not clicking says that there is an electrical problem.

However, if the spark plugs have been removed and you can't turn the motor over that suggests something a lot more serious is wrong.

You can turn over fairly large car motors pretty easily when the plugs are removed. The bike should be a joke.

How long was the bike running while laying on it's side? Is there oil puddled in the airbox?

 

ok i the motor to spin from pushing it in gear.:YEAH i know its not locked now, so it must be electrical. i checked out the start button and it all looks fine. i dont thik that i am understanding how to test the relay though

Look over every single wire, this happened 2 me, and make sure u still crank it with the plugs out, keep a towel huvering over it, cuz the **** will shoot everywhere, also I'd empty ur gas tank maybe use some dry gas than crank it... get new plugs..

 

i got the bike to fire up:YEAH it was the battery ****** up, so i slaped one from another bike and it turns over like it should. so i just need to buy a new one. i fill so dumb, but the lights and everthing worked, and had no issues with it till i crashed it. i am just glad it wasn't somthing serious.
