i disagree. i did retail management for over 5 years and the main thing i learned is that problems will arise with customers always, but if youre customer service is good no one will have anything bad to say about you. and ppl spread good experiences more than bad because good experiences happen more than bad if youre running a legit business. im gonna point a finger at some ppl like OMR or Johnny P. not one person has anything bad to say about them, and why? cuz they always take care of their customers. theyre not doing the the volume that the bigger manufacturers are but even the companies like SI, tygershark, Full throttle inc. have very few complaints and when they do have complaints its usually taken care of very quickly by the businesses. im not gonna throw out all the names of the garbage places that do business cuz i think we know who they are but it just seems like everytime someone has a legit gripe, everyone that is familiar with them sticks up for em even when theyre obviously shitting on ppl. its to the point now where i get fucked over and i dont even let anyone know that someone on here has fucked me out of money cuz it does no good, all u get is 50 ppl who are friends with the person or didnt get robbed saying theyre good ppl. im a legit guy and anyone whos ever dealt with me will vouch for that but i wont try and help anyone avoid some of the scumbags on here cuz no one wants to hear it, way too much *** kissing goes on i feel. your reputation comes from your actions, or inactions in some cases. i

 

it depends on the size of business you are involved in and if you are representing yourself only...JohnnyP or OMR.....versus a business....like SI, Powers, FI, 905, Stasis, formally StuntRags,.....

when it comes to simply a person or a couple people taking a few orders, people understand it takes a lil while sometimes....order from a business and you expect things now. If I ordered an OMR subcage and it showed up in about 5-10 business days I would be impressed, but if I ordered an SI subcage and it took 10 business days I would think they didnt have their **** together. Bill at FullThrottleInc is ONE MAN for the most part and actively shows on here posting intelligent researched threads...which on here people automatically wont slam his ****....and Bill is a great guy, but I have hear dnegatvie stuff about his old master, and his new setup....but nothing public, cause who would slam a guy like Bill???? SI is great....and even Ian has had a couple negative posts about his business or service. I'm sure if Tigershark sold more cages they would have negative posts as well, and I'm sure as they grow and experience some growing pains dealing with increased demands, you will see some negative reviews on shipping time, or cost, or somin.

you are right about problems always arising.....I was referring more to the posts of "I couldnt get ahold of..." or "6 weeks later and I still dont have my____"
If you get back with em and satisfy em, you usually wont read that on here, but neglect messages and **** like that for a week and you WILL see it on here. Hell, I've posted **** on here a long time ago when trying to get a fairing stay from a stunt company that I had paid for and couldnt get a response..... and even tho I know this, when Bishop didnt ship my **** (a wheel), then refunded my money "and took care of me" afterwards with free product.....I didnt post anything on here, even though I was fairly happy with how everything ended up.

Fact is....Bishop could sell 20,000 pairs of shoes without issue and you might read 5 posts of "thanks" and **** like that, cause you expect to see shoes that fit when you place an order.....but if he ***** up on 15 pairs....you got 12-15 posts on here!

It is kinda nice to see positive posts on here....regardless who they're for.

hey whats up partner,,, i am glad that everything is cool... but you never paid for anything... we spoke or i spoke to your girl...and i did say two weeks cause i was gonna actually just have the pair made for you cause all my stock was in stores and i cannot just pull from a store.... i actually got them 4 days after i went into the hospital.... but i did not inform you cause u decided to make a thread semi trying to bash my product so i figured you were happy with the dc's...either way i was happened cause i desinged the dc model for josh kalis 3 years ago... so either way i felt like you had my shoes but know that i am in good health everybody will get better service then ever.... i can count the people on one hand that have had a problem...so in my first year running my company i will take a few complaints...over time maybe i will have none... but that is unrealistic.... i am glad you put the two shoes together in the thread... so know everybody can see why i wanted to design my own shoes after dc didnt want to make the shoes stronger or last longer cause it will cut into their bottom line... you can look at the leather on both shoes and tell they are different... and the camo is a little different.... i may not sell 10 million pairs of shoes like dc but i assure you that my product is 10x better....and if dc ***** up your order... i will be damn if you get to speak to the ceo or rob drydek ... you will speak to a receptionist.... at stasis 9x out of 10 you will get me.... when does dc's where out..and they will soon...holla homie i got a fresh pair of stasis with your name on them

but in a nut shell the shoes are made from a timax thread backing that is used in bullet proof vest that make them virtually stab proof from foriegn objects... i have seen many feet stabbed from stunting and other injuries, so they are safer and the soles are made of stealth rubber which rock climbers use..so they do not slip on painted surfaces or metallic surfaces... there are tons of other points but to long to list... call me at 757 768 8320 ... if you want to order or need info

i will try my best to make people happy but it doesnt matter cause everyone is not pleased all the time....
most of the time stuntlife people get my shoes 3 months before they come out in stores.... i do that against my vendors will cause this is where i started so i never forget where i came from..... i have just come to the conclusion...that aint am not going to be a favorite on here at all.....but i will continue to support as much as i can ....
