Slipping vs. Dumping

If you slip the clutch instead of dump it when doing wheelies does it not stretch the chain as fast or as much?

Re: Slipping vs. Dumping

Don't worry about chain wear

Just keep your chain clean and lubed, and it'll last plenty long..

Re: Slipping vs. Dumping

slip the clutch. Dont just dump it as fast as you can. feel it out . If you practice sliping you can wheelie on wet sealed pavement with out a problem. Ive seen dudes bitch about there tire just becuase they just dumped the clutch instead of slipping it out.

Re: Slipping vs. Dumping

those chains have a gazillion lbs. tensile strength
your bike aint gonna hurt it. chains never actually do stretch anyway, they just get worn out.
