so i almost got taken to jail...i was doing a sitdown coaster in a empty parking lot...he almost hit me because he was hauling so much ***. i pulled up to his window and he freaked out and told me to never pull up to his window and asked me"in a very loud voice...like yelling" DO YOU WANT TO GO TO JAIL?? ILL IMPOUND YOUR BIKE!!! i was like dude im on private property...the owner has not given me a verbal warning or anything so i don't see what you can do!..he was being a total *******..then he had the nerve to tell me to buy land and make a parking lot...i said im not rich and he told me that wasnt his problem...im pretty sure i can buy the video tape and ill post it..what do you guys think??

 

thats actually kinda funny we got the same speach about buying and make our own lot today by a cop today also

as long as theres public access to the lot (i.e. no gates) its still considered public and they can give you the same tickets...

If your in a lot, like let's say, a whse, they cant do anything to you except tell you to leave. They cant even check your bike out, only until you leave the lot.....

 

thats like saying you can smoke all the weed you want on your front porch and the pigs cant touch you. yes they can. they can also check/search/vin your **** out with probable cause (which means they can do whatever they want whenever).

ive got a reckless before on private property. moving violations like reckless/dwi & stupid **** like leaving a running vehicle unattended can still be enforced on private property.

there are countless threads on this. everyone concludes that it must be fenced/coned or whatever to prevent public access, and then you might need a permit even if the land is yours. sucks.

 

i wish all ******** cops would go find something else to do besides harass me... its fucked up!

 

lol i was rocking a stand up on a main public road today i had to have been up for at least a mile or so when i hear a siren and about **** my self so i put it down and start pullin over and all he did was pull up next to me andget on the intercom and say "next time i see you up on the back wheel like that im taking you downtown" and he just kept driving casualy??? lol i got lucky *** hell i guess he was feeling forgiving or something.
