thats a nifty little top speed calc. for the raptor depending on your gearing. but i drove next to a buddies car at a steady 80 to see what it did

my fastest on anything was on my erion the speedo was reading 160.. and it wasnt the best feeling either. but i rode an 06 R1 up to 140 or somewhere around there and it felt pretty stable to my surprise.
in a car like 120mph in a 94 integra with 230,*** miles on it. my daily beater

i wish i still had my 1995 CR80, i swear that little thing went 70mph. I wish i never got rid of it, i would love to zip tie my gps to it and see how fast it actually went. It was a haggard peice though, the seat was zip tied on, the sub frame was snapped half way down and obv. had no rear fender, the silencer was held on with zipties, ducttape and a wood screw. but man i beat the ******* **** out of that thing and it never quit running on me. when i had it i thought it was the biggest hunk of ****, but now i realized how much fun and how suprisingly reliable that little bitch was.

There for a min i was thinking that there was something sereously wrong with my bike, got a brand new gsxr 1000 done up with all the basis high performance mods and it wont do half the speed these cats are saying there 600s will do.

The low RPM drivability of that bike sucked *** though... I don't see anyone building something like that and riding it on a regular basis...

top speed in a car? 70 Mach 1 135-140mph
top speed on a bike? 02 GSXR 750 175mph (corrected probly. 158mph)
top speed on the back wheel on a bike?. Don't know but came down at 95mph on my R1 and went into a tankslapper. Thought I was going to the hospital that night.

never got a bad slapped myself, but watched many friends set wheelies down at over 90mph and get BAD slappers, scares the **** out of me, and im not even in the slapper! lol
Once I watched my friend set a wheelie down on his r6 at 110, he got the worst slapper I've ever seen, front tire was smoking.. ended up leaving about 100 foot of squigly lines down the highway

Once I watched my friend set a wheelie down on his r6 at 110, he got the worst slapper I've ever seen, front tire was smoking.. ended up leaving about 100 foot of squigly lines down the highway

Needless to say I really didn't care after that. haha
They're deffinately scary, I personally haven't seen one in person, only on videos.
