Re: HoHey brackets for 4 piston caliper

Ernie & I are working on the "BEST" Ultimate Hand Brake System.

It is a combination of FullThrotleInc's Setup with HoHey's Setup.

You want the Best of Both worlds you have it! Existing Full Throtle Fans & Believers, as well as HoHey's Fans & Believers get the Best of the Best!

Just look at it this way..... Jorge's "HoHey's" Parts in conjuction with Bill's Parts will give you Absolutely THE BEST HandBrake Setup ever Imagined!

Both Combined will Give you a 2 Caliper (5 Pistons total) for Hand Brake & Single Caliper 1 piston Stock for your Foot Brake. When one thinks that things could not get better than Jorge's 4 Piston Caliper Setup.....It Did. Just add Bill to the Combination!

Pics & Illustrations coming soon! :YEAH :YEAH :YEAH

people have done this before.... run a double banjo at the master to an adapter and the 4 piston...

OR, run a double banjo at the adapter and run a line to each caliper.

a little overkill IMO...

If you run a double banjo to the adapter & a line to each caliper it would kill your footbrake! You wouldnt be able to use it at all Period! But a double banjo to the master & a single line to the 4 piston & 1 line to the adapter would not & its not an overkill. HandBrake works at its best. Most Precision & Control Ive ever felt & the foot brake remains Stock Single Piston! :YEAH

Re: HoHey brackets for 4 piston caliper

And if you think that is too much you might as well not do endos since you will prolly lock up the tire & go over since it is 2 rotors 8 pistons!!

Re: HoHey brackets for 4 piston caliper

When 2 wheels are down on the ground all the weight & Momentum are in the fron tire! When you are one the rear wheel all the weight, Load & Momentum is all on the rear Brake. Unless I have 2 rotors & 8 pistons My Rear Brake will never feel like I want it too! Thats Just me!

i think you misunderstood me... but whatever, it's cool... I know what your talking about.

Different setups for different tastes..... Myself, I like the single piston, dual caliper setup... the 4 piston was a little too much for me.

I like to hold onto the clipon a little bit w/ my brake finger on the brake lever... so the increased power would always bring the front end down when I didn't want it to.

I think it's very cool that we have all these different options these days to tweak our hb's to exactly the way we want them... more/new options = more/new better riders.
