Re: HELP What idle cable do i use for my f4i

just installed a 900rr cable on my buddies 02 f4i and it just sticks out of the front of the tank in a perfect spot, not too long not too short, go with a 900rr cable, especially if you wanna do pull thews and not get it caught on your feet as you come through

if u get an idle cable caught on your feet doing pull throughs u got some issues. the f2/f3 cable is long enough where you can route it where the stock idle comes out and its really out of the way so u can still run ur ram air if u have ff.

How far does the f2/f3 cable stick out of the side?

go look at your stock idle cable, it will be sitting right next to it.

sorry man i dont rock an F4easy, i just heard it fit perfectly and barely stuck out of the front left side of the gas tank for easy adjustment, rather than on the side like the original. personal preference thats all

Re: HELP What idle cable do i use for my f4i

i run a 900rr cable full fairing with ram air and its fine.

ram air actually holds the cable in place so i dont have to use a zip tie or anything to hold the cable in place.
