Between the "pair mod" and the stuntex pick up, somewhere in there ... mine(bog) was eliminated. The mod takes about 5 min to do, might want to start there.

This was discussed not too long ago in the following thread.
https://www.stuntlife.com/forums/2-s...sr-issues.html

This the way I did the mod. It's basically the same as the "kleen air mod" that the kawi guys do and I am sure that the Honda guys do their own variation of it as well.

And before anyone says something, the instructions on that website are for an older model GSXR 1k, but if you can't look at it an determine how to apply it to your own bike, you might want someone else to do it for you.

What do you mean by low end bog?? Does your idle stay put or does it bog down lower then what you set it? I've done everything to fix this issue on my old gsxr but never figured it out. I didnt try the pair mod though.

Re: 05 gsxr 600 and 750 low end bog

Is this valve why there's such a huge jump in responsiveness and torque at ~ 3k rpms? Between 1200 and about 3k the bike falls flat on its face.

What would it do if you capped the air box and just let the valve suck open air from underneath the tank?

its no different than a pcv valve on a car. eliminating those hot oily gases from your intake sounds like a great idea, but its kinda needed to remove them from the crankcase, its not just about the environment. try and increase your vacuum at idle but jamming a sock in one of your ram air tubes or putting duct tape over part of the air filter.
