Stuntride permission

Hi,

a while ago i discovered a cool place to stunt..

it's in a private domain and i want to ask the owner permission to ride over there with a couple of friends..

but i do remember that a time ago someone here said he signed a kinda contract for injuries is not the problem of the owner or something..

well i'm looking for that paper contract, I live in Belgium but they do understand english over here..

so if anyone could please send me that paper contract that i need i would appreciate it..

thanx anyway.. pic shows the place... it's better than the streets..

Here's one but there's another somewhere. Search for it and you'll find it.

Re: Stuntride permission

Did any of you actually read his post before busting a nut all over his spot? (btw that is a killer lookin spot!)

He said hes from Belgium, and the owner of the place doesn't speak english, so he's looking for a liability form in another language..

Sorry I can't help with that

Re: Stuntride permission

I wonder what kind of event would fill that parking lot there in belgium?
It kinda looks like a stadium parking lot. Look at how tall the lights polls are for that lot.
Hell it looks like a runway.
omg that is a sick *** spot.
Try,try, very, very hard to get permission, you are so damn lucky to have a spot like that, to have freedom from the street laws.

Re: Stuntride permission

dude i like that car, what is that? but anyway, if he says no, just be like listen i am riding here one way or the other, so you can either sign the form and not get sued, or i can ride here and sue you when i fall.

Re: Stuntride permission

Hi guys thx for the help,

yeah the car i my tiburon 2.0 a little transfered

that place is sick, but it's not perfectly flat.. it was build to make a factory storage place or something but nothing seems to happen the last year..dunno what's going on...

in the summer sometimes the army comes training over there with the choppers.. that is sick !!!

but i'm having a good time overe there, it's better then f*ck up the streets...

but the problem was that i don't want to make the owner responsible if something might happen someday, a terrible accident.. you never know..

don't wan't to face the 'oh so terrible' judge here for something like that

he would like to suspend my riding licence for years i think..he probably hates me

peace.

talk to a lawyer (or at least a paralegal). That contract on SL doesn't necessarily mean much in each of the 50 states, let alone another country.
