Re: motor shifted in frame...

It shouldnt be too far off. Just put a block of wood on a jack and use that to lift the motor the little bit it takes to get everything lined up

I Used a pry bar to get mine to line up before but if you started the bolt and it wont go all the way in its probably stripped

i took away ur lol face because thats the dumbest thing i've heard all month and bike motors arent sposed to move which is why the motor mounts re solid bolts unlike cars. maybe u should try putting in all the bolts or maybe welding your frame if its broken.

as for the main issue:

get a jack and a prybar to line it up.

or

drop the motor and see if a tab goes in. here's the thing about stripped threads. a bolt will go all the way in but it wont catch all the way. you gotta make sure its the factory length bolt ur puttin in because if its too lon you can tap it into the head itself and bust through the aluminum and have a nifty coolant leak that you can seal with thread lock on the bolt.

Re: motor shifted in frame...

just so everyone knows, on the left side motor mount there is no thread between the frame tab and motor mount... theres slot where the bolt goes in on the backside and you screw it in, so its not like i stripped it cuz it just slides in and out until you screw it into that bolt
